Personal Training

We offer three different personal training programs for our clients to choose from: Private 1-on-1 Training, Partner Training, and 30min Personal Training.

Private 1-on-1 Training sessions are an hour or 30-minute sessions with one trainer and one client.

Partner Training sessions are an hour with one trainer and max of 4 clients with similar goals who have agreed to work out together

Fitness Classes

Fit Level 1 – This class is designed specifically for beginners. It encompasses circuit training, strength training, flexibility, and balance. This 45-minute workout program is designed to help our clients lose weight and reach their fitness goals.

Fit Level 2 (bootcamp/circuit) – High impact circuit and strength training classes with the goals of burning calories, increasing endurance, and building lean muscle. This class is designed for individuals who have been working out consistently.

Kickboxing – Our kickboxing classes are fun, safe and challenging. The program is designed to burn calories while learning kickboxing technique using heavy bags or pads. Weights, sandbags, battle ropes, tires, etc. will also be used to build strength and endurance.

Athletic Training – Our sport performance training programs are designed to help athletes of all levels and ages. Our programs focus on injury prevention, flexibility, stability, strength and power. At BigWu Fitness, we do not believe in the one- size-fits-all training philosophy. That is why we conduct assessments of each athlete before engaging in any physical training. Based on the assessment results, we customize a training program to help the athlete reach and exceed their fitness goals. We also utilize the Vertimax resistance training platform to help our athletes become more explosive and powerful at their sporting events.

Kids Training –  Most children are not aware of how their hands and feet coordinate simultaneously when performing sports. The kids training program is designed to teach the fundamentals of sport performance. During the class we focus on team building exercises, agility, flexibility and circuit training. The program is designed for children between the ages of five to twelve.

Teens Training –  Our teens training is a fun and challenging program geared towards teenagers who are interested in sports performance training or simply just trying to live a healthier lifestyle. The program is designed for teens between the ages of thirteen to nineteen.

Lunchtime Fitness – This 45-minute midday class is designed to reinvigorate you and get you ready to conquer the rest of your day. It encompasses a variety of exercise techniques and is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Wu is a great person with so much knowledge. He has made me become better mentally and physically and helped me reach my goals. A great example of this is when I first started working out with Wu I could barely squat the bar with a 10-pound plate on each side and barley bench the bar. But now with Wu's help and constant grinding I can now bench over 130 lbs. and over 250 lbs. Wu drives me to be great every day and I could ask for a better mentor and friend.
