BigWu Fitness is a safe workout facility serving Kent, WA and South King County. Located at the heart of Downtown Kent, our gym is for the non-athlete and professional athlete alike. We believe that no two clients’ bodies or goals are the same. Whether you are hoping to get in shape for the summer, lose a few pounds, or achieve a specific performance goal, we will customize a specific training program for each client. This training facility is dedicated to giving its customers the best quality one on one and group fitness training.

Our mission is to glorify Jesus Christ through helping athletes and non-athletes reach and excel in their sporting events, fitness goals and improve their overall health by providing excellent gym and performance equipment. Our core values are based on the greatest commandment in the Bible, loving God and loving people.

What separates us from larger gyms is the customized one-on-one training and privacy we provide. Our studio never gets overcrowded and equipment is readily available. Our trainers are always available to answer any questions.

Wu put me through hard workouts and it made me much stronger, it helped me to stand my own in basketball games and be physical. Wu is a great person with so much knowledge. He has made me become better mentally and physically and helped me reach my goals. A great example of this is when I first started working out with Wu I could barely squat the bar with a 10-pound plate on each side and barley bench the bar. But now with Wu's help and constant grinding I can now bench over 130 lbs. and over 250 lbs. Wu drives me to be great every day and I could ask for a better mentor and friend.
