As a trainer of 5 years, Ryan has learned that being healthy is all about balance. That’s why he believes in training hard and effectively in the gym to be able to do all the things you love outside of the gym. He believes that there is no point in working out all the time if you can’t do the simple things in life like spending time with family and friends and taking trips/adventures. When Ryan isn’t training at our gym in Kent, he loves anything and everything active which includes a variety of sports, rock climbing, yoga, board sports, cycling, hiking, swimming, etc., but he also loves to relax and watch movies.
