Wu is the owner of BigWu Fitness in Downtown Kent, as well as, a personal trainer on staff. He loves being in the gym and working out as much as he loves helping others achieve their fitness goals.
He earned his fitness certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) as well as his Fitness Nutritionist Specialist (FNS) certification. His qualifications give him the opportunity to work with pro-athletes and fitness enthusiasts. He has trained individuals from as young as five years old, to senior citizens, professional athletes, high school athletes, beauty pageant contestants, and those simply looking to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
Wu was a constantly in the gym in college as a three-sport athlete – he played soccer, basketball, and track and field. He has also been noticed by three NFL teams who were fascinated by his athletic ability and requested multiple football specific videos. Wu has created BigWu Fitness to be a place to mentor youth and encourage all who walk through the doors of the gym.
Wu also has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Prior to opening his own business, Wu worked as an athletic trainer at Force 10 Performance and has worked as an assistant membership manager and personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. Wu has over seven years of experience as a personal and performance trainer.
Williwu Siefa, commonly known as “Wu or BigWu,” is not originally from Kent, WA. He is actually from Liberia, which is located on the West Coast of Africa. Although he grew up in a war-torn country, he did not allow his past to determine his future. He is a kind, hardworking, genuine person.
