Fitness was never a part of Lisa’s childhood. She spent her free time with her nose in a book and away from the gym. As an adult, she went on several short-term fitness kicks only to be derailed by work or kids. It wasn’t until she enrolled her kids in karate that she found her passion. As she sat waiting for her kids, she peeked in on an adult kickboxing class. She was hooked! That was 12 years ago, and she’s been dedicated to fitness ever since. She has assisted in kickboxing and personal defense classes for years, attended various Bootcamps and ran numerous races, including five ½ marathons.
Lisa has a BA in Business, and her Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a certified vertimax trainer and a TRX suspension trainer. Her enthusiasm for fitness is contagious. She wants to help others find a fitness program that will keep them coming back to the gym over and over. As a firm believer that it is never too late to start or to try again, she wants everyone to become the healthiest version of themselves. Lisa loves helping people achieve their fitness goals in Kent!
